Research

My area of research is undergraduate mathematics education. My recent and current research work focuses on students' understanding of proofs and professors' proof assessment. I am also interested in underrepresented students success in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) and students' understanding of upper-level mathematics classes.
