15. WV Higher Education Policy Commission/Division of Science and Research Grant awarded to West Virginia University titled "Challenging America, Reengineering National Education Gains Including fresh Epistemologies & Holistic Approaches to Learning and Leadership (CARNEGIE HALL) for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM)." - June 2011.

2. PKAL (Project Kaleidoscope) National Grant was awarded to West Virginia University in the Summer 2008. This grant focuses on establishing what works in building and sustaining undergraduate programs in the STEM fields.
